We recommend packing the parcel in a cardboard box. The weight of one box is not more than 25 kg. If necessary, divide the parcel into several boxes, the price does not change.

List of prohibited goods when moving across the customs border of Ukraine:

Alcoholic products:

  • Ethyl alcohol, beer, alcoholic beverages

Tobacco products:

  • All types of tobacco products and smoking mixtures

Hazardous Substances:

  • Poisonous, radioactive, ozone-depleting substances

Cultural values:

  •     Cultural values, antiques over 50 years old, antiques, cartoons, printed reproductions

Products:

  • Fermented milk, uncooked smoked, frozen, bakery products (food can be imported / exported only in vacuum or factory packaging)

Documents:

  • Documents: credit, debit and gift cards, passports, identity cards, work books, archives; correspondence and letters

Plants:

  • Plants in any form and condition, plant seeds

Animals:

  • Live animals and their parts (animal skins, fur), fish and seafood

Biological preparations:

  • Vitamins, drugs, dietary supplements and other types of drugs

Currency and securities:

  • Banknotes, coins, currency and other values. Securities, bonds and checks of all kinds

Precious metals:

  • Exclusion of steel, plastic, rubber and glass products

Explosive substances:

  • Explosive and flammable substances

Weapons and parts thereof:

  • Weapons of any kind, crossbows and their parts, cartridges, arrows (tips) for them and their parts, products that are structurally similar to civilian and service weapons

Perishable goods:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables, live plants, cheese products of animal origin, kavbasni, dairy and fish products

Tactical equipment:

  • Military equipment, stun guns, sights, night vision goggles, camouflage uniforms

Narcotic drugs:

  • Narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances

You can cancel the parcel at any time through the application: in the section “My parcels” click “Cancel”.

If there are no free drivers nearby, the option is possible when you do not receive any offer. After 72 hours, your parcel will be automatically removed from the application. But don’t give up, enter your parcel again, this time you will be lucky.
