Customer Privacy
We are takin seriously our customer privacy. This is why we implement a set of rules to control the flow of information between users at our platform.
- Information about your parcel holds in the app only for the limited time necessary for delivery and accounting. Then it is completely deleted from the system.
- Addresses, phone numbers, and other information can be seen ONLY by the accepted driver. So only the driver you accept can see information about your parcel. All other drivers in the system will be able to see the only area from where parcel needs to be collected.
