Terms and Conditions
1. Subject
AK Dev (hereinafter – “Pereviznyk”) has created a platform for finding contact and cooperation between parcel senders and couriers in the form of a mobile application. The purpose of this platform (hereinafter – the “Platform”) is to provide senders who send the parcel, the opportunity to establish contact with couriers who wish to deliver the parcel to the recipient, for a fee or other benefits.
These terms and conditions have the purpose of governing access to and the terms of use of the Platform. Please read them carefully. You understand and recognise that Pereviznyk is not party to any agreement, contract or contractual relations, of any nature, entered into between the Members of its Platform.
By clicking “Register”, you recognise having read and accepted all these general conditions of use.
2. Terms of registration on the platform
The platform can be used by an individual over 18 years of age. By accessing, using or registering with the Platform, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, you have all the rights and powers necessary to enter into agreements and fulfill these Terms, including being an adult and fully capable person. Pereviznyk may at any time require you to provide information and documents proving your rights and authority, as set out above.
3. Verification
Pereviznyk has the right (but not the obligation) to create a system to verify some of the information you provide in your profile for the purposes of transparency, trust, or to prevent or detect fraud. This verification occurs, in particular, when you enter your phone number or provide us with an identity document.
You acknowledge and agree that any reference on the Platform or during the provision of the Services to “verified” information about the Participants, or any other similar term, means only that the Participant has successfully passed the verification procedure applied on the Platform or during the provision of the Services. , in order to provide you with more information about the Member with whom you are considering cooperation.
The fact that the Pereviznyk does not prevent you from publishing information cannot be construed as confirming the accuracy of the information you have provided.
The Pereviznyk cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability or validity of the information, provided by Participants.
4. Feedback system
4.1. Leaving a response
Pereviznyk encourages you to leave feedback about couriers (if you are a sender) or about senders (if you are a courier) with whom you have worked.
Your feedback, as well as any feedback left to you by another Member, is visible and published on the Platform, within 90 days of the review.
4.2. Moderation
You acknowledge and agree that Perewiznyk reserves the right not to publish or remove any feedback, question, comment or answer if it deems it to be in violation of these Terms of Use.
4.3. Limitation
Pereviznyk reserves the right to block your Account, to restrict your access to the Services in case of violation of these conditions.
5. Financial conditions
Access and registration on the Platform, as well as search and viewing of senders requests and placement of requests is free.
